Sample News Big

A dentist from Halesowen has applied for planning permission to convert an area of vacant land into a small housing estate. Baljit Bhandal, from Bhandal Dental Surgeries, has submitted a planning application to Sandwell Council to build seven houses on the area of land, which is located opposite Silverman Road in Cradley Heath.

The application lists proposals for seven three-bedroom terrace houses, garages and parking; there will also be an access drive.

Mr Bhandal noted in the planning application that the space has been vacant for ten years.

The application will be considered by the council and news of the proposals will be available for public viewing. Mr Bhandal will be notified of the outcome in due course and should the application be successful, he is hoping to start work in the near future.
