Glasgow dentist launches new painless dental treatment

Sample News Big

A Glasgow dentist has launched a new painless dental treatment, which could make a huge difference to patients with dental anxiety and dental phobia.

City centre practice, Integrated Dentalcare, has launched the water laser treatment, a treatment which has become extremely popular amongst celebrities in Hollywood. Water laser treatment completely numbs the tissue around the affected tooth, meaning that patients feel absolutely no pain during their dental procedure.

Dental practitioner, Neeraj Puri, said that the introduction of the treatment at the practice would make a massive difference to patients who are worried about going to the dentist or scared of dental procedures. The practice has invested a large amount of money in the treatment but dentists believe that the gamble will pay off and the water laser treatment will become very popular amongst patients.

Dental anxiety is extremely common and some patients are so scared of going to the dentist that they put off going to their dentist for months, even years; many only visit their dentist when they are already in excruciating pain and dentists are keen to encourage patients to attend regular check-ups in order to prevent nervous patients suffering from complex, painful dental health conditions.
