Smiles Dental was set up in 2005 and run seventeen practices in Ireland. The company first started with specialised tooth whitening procedures but now offer a full range of dental services. They have seventy-five contracted dentists and over a hundred nurse and administration employees.

JHA had been providing highly skilled dental treatment in the UK for the past twenty years and so the merger of both companies will provide a great chance for further growth in the UK.The CEO of Smiles Dental, Emmet O’Neil said that he though both companies had a lot in common and each company would strengthen the other. He believes that JHA has a wealth of experience and skills and is looking forward to working with them in the very near future.
