Dental practice taken over
A scarborough dental practice has been taken over by a new family.
Yorkshire couple Dr John and Joanne Taylor have taken the reigns at York Place Dental Practice and have some ambitious plans.
The pair have spent the last five years working at separate clinics in Pickering but have now decided to join their dental and hypnotherapy skills to create a super practice.
Dr John said that he and his wife have a vision of how they would like their first practice to be and added that they felt that there was an opportunity to make something really special happen at York Place.
Joanne, who is new practice manager at York Place, will also be offering her skills as a clinical hypnotherapist to patients that are squeamish about treatment.
She said that it made sense for the couple to join forces when they bought the practice and added that she helps clients who suffer from phobias, stress and anxiety.
