Dental patients 'save money in Poland and Thailand'

April is one of the most popular months to have cosmetic dental treatments, it has been claimed.

According to StatMedica, Poland is the perfect place to go on a dental holiday, as consumers can save up to 60 per cent on treatments.

"Spring is the perfect time of year to visit Poland," said Alison Hope, head of the firm's UK operations. "We have certainly noticed an increase in the number of patients scheduling cosmetic dental procedures and cosmetic surgery in Poland at this time of year."

One of the most popular procedures to have in Poland is dental implant treatment, revealed the firm.

Another popular destination for dental treatment is Thailand, reveals RevaHealth.com, which states that whereas a dental implant in the UK will cost around £2,000 on average, patients willing to travel to Thailand for their treatment could pay just £900.
