Dental cream trumps pain relief injections
Some experts are billing Dr Numb as the latest replacement for the painful anaesthetic gum injections.
Dr Numb is part of a new trend for non-invasive dentistry which is sweeping the nation. More and more dentists are looking for ways to reduce anxiety and eradicate the annoying affects of dental treatment.
Things like computer-controlled anaesthesia dispensers have been created so that nerves are numbed with precision. Individual teeth can now be numbed one at a time and you won’t be left with one side of your face not working.
Drugs that reverse the affects of anaesthetics have also been developed so that you can get straight back to work after you have had a hole drilled in your jaw – lucky you.
Pinpoint water jets are also now being used to carve away cavities eliminating the need for drilling.
Dental anxiety is set to become a thing of the past thanks to modern technology.
