Bupa Dental has revealed plans to recruit up to 1,300 new members of staff before the end of next year.

The dental chain, which has expanded rapidly over the last few years, is now one of the UK’s largest providers of private and NHS dental care. Currently, Bupa Dental runs 470 practices across the UK and Ireland, and the company has plans to grow in the coming years.

As a result of recent expansion and future plans to grow the business across the country, Bupa Dental has launched a recruitment drive, with hundreds of positions available. The majority will be clinical roles, including dentists, dental nurses, dental hygienists and therapists, but there will also be an array of support roles and non-clinical positions available. Practices across the country are recruiting, and Bupa has also advertised vacancies at its support centres. All clinical roles require qualifications and training, but there are many openings on offer for those who are new to the healthcare industry. These roles will have extensive training provided, and employees can also benefit from the My Bupa Perks package, which includes discounts and healthcare benefits.

Bupa will be recruiting over the course of the next 12 months, with around 600 jobs available in the coming weeks followed by another 700 in the New Year.
