Bupa adds to its dental portfolio after acquiring 9 new practices

Bupa has added to its portfolio of dental practices after confirming the acquisition of nine new clinics across the UK and Ireland.
The chain has added a total of 23 new practices to its ever-growing collection this year, and the total number of Bupa Dental Care surgeries now stands at 470.
The new additions represent a combination of NHS and private dental practices and the move to expand the business is a clear indicator of Bupa Dental Care’s ambitions to grow the chain all over the UK. Bupa has already taken over Oasis Dental Care and the firm continues to make its presence in the dental industry known.
Bupa recently announced a recruitment drive to fill up to 600 positions in the coming weeks, with more vacancies set to be advertised later this year. The chain has expanded rapidly since venturing into the dental market, and is now one of the leading dental providers and recruiters in the UK and Ireland.
Although many of the positions available with Bupa are geared towards dental professionals with qualifications and experience, there are many jobs available at support centres, which don’t require clinical skills. These positions offer training on the job and the chance to enjoy a host of perks as part of the Bupa employment package.
