A dental practice located in the suburbs of Bradford has changed hands.

A One Dental Care, which is located on Leeds Road, has recently been sold to a West Yorkshire dentist who owns an expanding local chain. The practice was established 75 years ago and has been housed in its current location for five decades. The acquisition was overseen by Christie Finance and Schofield Sweeney Solicitors.

The previous owner of the practice, Jovo Ljustina, bought the surgery in 1995 and has enjoyed many happy years, which have also been incredibly prosperous. The practice has expanded and evolved to cater for the changing needs of modern patients and it has served as an integral part of the local community.

A One Dental Care has been snapped up by Natwar Tibrewal, the owner of Bridge House and Corner House dental surgeries. Both clinics are located in the local area, and the latest addition is part of an investment in a growing business.

Associate director at Christie Finance, Jawad Anjum, described Natwar as “extremely commercially-minded” and added that A One Dental Care will slot into his ever-growing portfolio practices perfectly. The dentist, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry, lives just 20 minutes away.

A One Dental Care currently holds an NHS contract and makes a “considerable profit” according to Jonathan Watson, associate director at Christie & Co.
