    Default Root Canal

Hello, I had a root canal on a back tooth. i had a temporary filling for a really long time, then it feel off. i had nothing for a few months. I changed my dentist. the new dentist said i needed a crown, but that she could put a filling in the mean time. A few days later the silver filling fell off an i realised i no longer has part of my tooth. only the outside part is there, the inside part i had nothing.but u can see part of the tooth inside. seems like my tooth was filled too much. Is there anything that can be done without removing the part thats left of the tooth? And was the dentist wrong to file the tooth soo much?

    Thanks

The doctor will fix a cap over your back tooth, but then you should not have gums and other sticky things as it can remove the cap

    Thanks
