Default any risk involved replacing my veneers?

Hi

I had 6 veneers fitted on my top teeth 2 months ago and unfortunately, I am not happy with the overall shape and shade of them. My dentist has offered to replace them all for me but i am concerned about the risks involved in drilling the old veneers off....I have asked my dentist and he tells me that there is a risk, but it is quite a small one.....

my gums are healthy, and I have not had any previous problems with the teeth to be worked on....just a bit nervous that I am going to regret having them drilled again......

your advice would be greatly appreciated
