bite not right on temporarys.

my bite is off on my temporarys in the front teeth (lower teeth hit the back of the front teeth). should i be concerned about getting this bite just perfect now before the permenant ones come in,,,
or will it be totally different with the permanents ones anyway?
i know the molds for temps were taken with my before prepped teeth and the mold for the permanents were taken after the teeth were prepped.
