Stained veneers

Is there anything you can do to remove stains from veneers?

Have only had them a few months and always drink tea through a straw but they are very dark yellow.

I have spoken to my dentist about this but he says theres nothing I can do and I should have picked a whiter shade which I dont really agree with as im sure a whiter shade would just stain as well.

The colour of porcelain veneers cant be changed. The only way to to change the colour, would be to the replace them.

Seeing a hygienist and getting them polished may help to a small degree.
