Veneers on Front Teeth

Hi, my front teeth are currently experiencing acid erosion and have slowly started to chip away. My NHS dentist has referred me to the dental hospital to resolve the problem but thus far I have had no response from them. I don't know what the best option is as im only 18 years old. I am willing to pay a reasonable amount of money to resolve the situation as it is extremely affecting my confidence. Any advice would be appreciated!
