Can someone help, please?

Have a two large gap in my front teeth (top & bottom) almost a size a tooth each.

The gap has expanded over the years. I research on what is called tooth band, can I use this on a gap as big as mine (as described above)?

My teeth are not straight, however, my main issue is the gaps, as this getting very uncomfortable and I can not smile as i used to

Any advise on what's best, though I will mention that funding an issue here as well.
