    Default How to protect Lips and gums teeth whitening

    Hi I am trying to find out what substance is used to protect teeth and gums during the bleaching process, I am training at the moment and using the bleaching method. I would be grateful if anyone could tell me what it is please ?

    Ive heard that vaseline is good to rub on lips if using a home whitening kit....
    just a thought
