Whitening done correctly by a dentist is perfectly safe . Home kits will
work as well as power whitening in conjunction with home kits but will
take longer and so involve wearing the trays for a longer period of time
    .

Crest strips work but it is difficult to sometimes control which teeth
are whitened and to whiten all the teeth.

I would recommend Zoom whitening followed up with home trays

How does teeth whitening actually work ?

Is it like bleaching your teeth or something ?

If so I think I'd rather have a proffessional do it (mind you I dont have enough teeth left to care that much)
