I'm desperate to improve my teeth as they are in bad shape (And I'm only 17) they are discoloured due to tetracycline use and have gaps. I want them too look as good as possible as nice teeth is something that I always take note of on others.

I posted a thread a few months back asking for help and got some guidance but now I have included pictures, hoping to recieve more detailed advice.

Idealy I'd like them to be white and straight with no gaps - So please offer any advice you can.

    Tom

    Tom,

We can only really give you a rough guide on here, as we cant examine you properly, I'd recommend going to see a dentist in person and seeing what they say. Alot of dentists may be offering a free cosmetic consultation so you can get an idea of available treatments and costs.

    Hi Tom

I had deep staining on my teeth from tetracycline, smoking & coffee. My Dentist recommended Opalescence PF 20%.
I had real sucess and the extent to which my teeth were whitened was far better than I expected.
However, I will be honest... results are not instant and you have to be consistent with the regime.

I bleached overnight in custom fit trays for 6 months and now I do a top-up every 2 weeks.
My teeth are white and healithier looking. Hope this helps
