Default Opalescence toothpaste

I'm really pleased to hear there is a non-abrasive whitening toothpaste out there I am convinced they helped contribute to my gums receding, so gave them up years ago.

Is there anywhere on the high street that sells opalescence?

Thanks!

Not that I'm aware!

Opalescence toothpaste should be available at most private practices. It is unlikely that toothpaste will be causing recession. There is often an underlying gum problem so I would recommend your dentist check everything out. It may be something in the past which is now stable

If you are suffering from gum receeding, it could be beacuse an underlying gum conditon as mentioned by Dr Khaira, but you could also be brushing incorrectly or too hard. Visiting a hygienist regulary can educate you on brushing technique as well as screening you for any gum problems.

Warm regards
