Default New Teeth growing with a marble effect

hi
i wonder if you can help me. My son is almost 8. About a year ago when his new back teeth came through his dentist told me they had imperfect enamal he sealed them but unfortunatly since then they have had to be filled. He has lost his two bottom front and two top front they have all grown perfectly apart from the second top front which is just peeking through the gum but it appears to have white staining on it. I am puzzled as to why this has happened and to why it's just one tooth. I am concerned how it will appear when it is fully through and wonder what our options are and if this can be cosmetically remedied?
thank you
amanda
