bad teeth

iam looking to have my teeth as they cause me pain and am ashamed to smile i cant afford private dentistry,is their a a more cost effective way of gettin them done,please help.

You should be able to have basic dentistry done on the NHS, finding an NHS dentist is obviously a problem for most. There will be no cosmetic dentistry offered however
