Default how to solve an overbite with overgrown front teeth?

I was born with an over developed upper jaw and an under developed lower jaw. i have been through head braces, train tracks and had my wisdom teeth taken out for surgery on the NHS tht just didnt happen. Does anyone know what i need?

I would recommend you find a specialist orthodontist, depending on the severity you may need either further braces work ar perhaps a combination of braces and surgery
