    Unhappy Abscess but no tooth - help

    hello recently i got hit (by accident!) and had two teeth at the back on the top row knocked out. this has now formed a abscess. this have caused severe swelling which is incredibly painful. ive got anti biotics from the doctor to ease the pain but i need to see a dentist asap (trying to find a dentist in my area is a nightmare) how does the dentist removed the abscess if there is no tooth to remove?? please help - im terrified.

    Difficult to give you advice without examining the mouth and taking an xray in this situation. Make an appointment with a dentist as soon as possible to diagnose what is happening. If you have a swelling then either go to the dentist or A and E.
