Default Lumineers or braces or crooked teeth

This website is great i have learnt a lot from the articles and also now am confused. I have been to see a few dentists about getting my crooked teeth sorted out and they have recommended braces (invisalign or somethng called inman aligner which I havent heard of before). I know veneers can also be used for crooked teeth But i dont like the idea of my own teeth being drilled when there is nothing wrong with them.

The article i read on lumineers says that they done need to drill the teeth and they can just stick them over your own teeth...is this true and could i have lumineers instead of braces?

I just want to make the right choice

Some dentists use Lumineers, personally I don't use them for several serious reasons which I won't go into. If you were thinking about veneers I would have them done properly, however if your teeth are a good shape, braces would be the best way forward.

I would not put Lumineers in my mouth

Hi Pete, I would say the decision is ultimately yours. I personally would go with Invisalign due to its long track history
