How long to notice movement?

I've had my aligner for 11 days now and haven't noticed any movement in my teeth. Is this normal? and if so how long does it usually take to notice anything moving? I've been wearing it for averagely 23 hours a day...

I would not worry , movement will occur. Some people can take longer than others. Your dentist will be able to reassure you at your review appointment.

It is worth getting someone to take photos on a weekly basis so you can compare I find. It is a bit like you do not notice your hair growing as you see it every day and I suppose your teeth moving will be the same! When I look back at my photos I can really see how much movement has occured and gives you a boost when you are getting fed up wearing it. I've had mine 2 months and hoping will be completed in another month. Good luck.
