Inman Aligner abroad and costs

Hi all,
I am needing some work on my front teeth which have to be removed and then my options are a bridge or implants. I also have been told that an inman aligner before work would be a good idea. Has anyone has this and is so has anyone been abroad to keep the cost down, especially for the inman aligner?

going abroad for the inman aligner would not be cost effective as you would need to travel abroad for regular appointments and adjustments and so the cost of this would far outweigh the cheaper price that you might pay for the inman aligner abroad.
