Default Problems with the Inman Aligner

Hi

I have an Inman aligner on my Upper front teeth, my lower teeth have taken the end of the back bow (whilst I was asleep, god knows where the piece of acrylic went!) so the right hand spring now shoots up onto the cross bar which means it isn't pushing at all.

Has anyone else had any similar issues? How much is the repair and should the repair price be included in my overall package? I have an overbite so my dentist is fully aware that my bottom teeth rest on the back bow.

Cheers
