I've taken it out and really don't want to put it back in. The main problem is the acrylic palate. It seems so bulky and I can't speak or eat with it. Would my dentist be able to remove the palate, is this possible? Basically my teeth came through with no enamel and so were always going to be a pain, i had a massive problem with my dentist when i was in high school and basically did the stupid thing of never going back.

I am now looking for a new dentist but in the meantime i am just seeking some advice on the sort of treatments that will be available, i'm pretty sure i will need completley new teeth and know i will have to pay a lot of money out but it will be worth it.
