Hi and welcome to the forum

if the size of the gap is too big, braces (invisible or traditional fixed braces) would be the best option as this would move the teeth closer together.

If the size is relatively small your options would be:
- braces (as above)
or
- veneers (either made of composite or porcelain)

I hope this helps

Kind Regards

Raha

Nowadays, many adults have braces. There are different types on the market:
- invisible ones, that are hardly noticeable and have to be removed for eating and drinking
- ceramic braces, which are fixed but not very noticeable
-traditional fixed metal braces

I am not sure what you mean by tooth bands.

Best of luck

Raha

Teeth Effect Bands" that you place around the teeth with a gap. After wearing the bands for a few days gap is gone.

Does bracing treatment can fix gap problems once and for all?

can u recommend some nice dental centers in mumbai.

Help plz :-|

It is very difficult to say which type of treatment is best suitable for you. I would recommend a consultation with a dentist to explore all options.

I do not know any dentists in Mumbai, sorry. I am sure that if any of the other dentists on the forum know of anyone in your area they will probably send you a private message.

to answer your final questions gaps can be closed successfully with braces and the results will be stable if the patient wears a retainer as indicated by the dentist.

Best Wishes

Raha

I can understand your concerns but without a consultation it is not possible to say what would be the best treatment

Kindest regards
