Default Tooth Filling Question

I Clipped about 1/3rd of my front tooth and just got a filling for it.

I was wondering if I can eat foods such as Corn on the cob, Chicken Wings, Apples, etc? Foods that require the use of your front tooth, I'm just worried about eating such foods and broking off the filling part.

If its done well, it won't go anywhere! You do of course need to treat it with a bit more care, the thing that normally does the damage is opening a pack of crisps with your teeth. That often causes fillings like this to come away.

If it does come away you may benefit from a veneer

Hope this helps

Hi,

the risk of fracture depends on the size of the filling. A larger filling will have a higher risk of breaking than a smaller one. But the risk of fracture is always there in either case.

I would advice you to be careful when biting with your front teeth, especially if you are having somethinglike an apple.

Hope this helps

Kind Regards

Raha
