Hi

Firstly what is your cheif complaint. I am guessing it is to straighten your teeth . If this is the case then any form of cosmetic braces would be possible (of course an initial clinical examination would be required!)

possible options
1. traditional braces or damon braces
2. invisible braces i.e invisalign or clearstep
3. six months braces - treats front teeth only
etc

Hear is an example of a case which was treated by cosmetic braces in 5 months. The patient wanted there front teeth straightening.

first dentist in uk doing six month braces/6 month smiles in Leicester, Nottingham, Derby

there are also options to fix your teeth, that avoid orthodontics although orthodontics would make the most sense

Thanks and Happy New Year.

I like "six months braces" option - I guess to treat central upper incisors only.

Will I be able to see possible outcome beforehand?

hi

Very difficult to show you the treatment results initially. The only way this could be done is by invisalign, which has a computer animation.

I found out after orthodontic treatment people have to wear retainers forever.
It seems like too much commitment.

What are other options to fix teeth, that avoid orthodontics?

you would have to wear a fixed retainer which is very comfortable...you dont even notice it is there.

an example is found on the following link

teeth straightening of Crowded Front Teeth Leicester, Derby, Nottingham

If you do not wish orthodontics, then your other option is veneers. Personally i feel orthodontics would be a non invasive procedure.

Good luck!
