it sounds like you will need a full mouth reconstruction and if that is the case then will need to see someone who specialises in such treatments like a prosthodontist or restorative specialist or conversely if you can find someone who has an interest in these complex treatments and the additional training, you could see them.
you could ask to be referred on the NHS as you may be covered because of your congenital absence of enamel from your teeth, otherwise privately you would be looking at a significant amount of money
