Default Implants Insured?

Hi - Following my other thread where I have told the sorry tale of my implant having fallen out four times now, I was wondering if anyone knows about the implants being insured?
Reason being was that when it happened the first time and I went back to the dentist quite upset and worried it was going to cost me even more money, he said not to worry as the tooth was 'insured' for five years and that the date would run from the insertion of each new tooth, not the date of the original tooth.
So far, the tooth falling out three times, I have never had to pay anything - however, I am now so disallusioned with the whole process, I am wondering if I can get my money back..... it obviously isn't working.
However, I have never seen anything in writing about this insurance and I can't see my dentist agreeing to give me a refund.
I am seeing him tomorrow, to discuss my options..... I really don't know what is going to happen next.
Can anyone offer any advice please?
