I just had an implant (up to the part where they put the screw in, and leave it to heal for a few months now), and all seems fine with it so far. The issue I have though, is my front tooth (I'm getting an implant on the small tooth next to it) is extremely sore, and it feels as though its moved slightly. Hurts more than the implant itself.
Is this possible? Can a dentist rotate a tooth slightly without removing? I don't have a problem in him doing so, but I know something doesn't feel as it did before. It feels as though the tooth has anaesthetic in it still, but its two days later. Only when I bite on it, or touch it, then it becomes sore.
Or has he knocked it by accident?
