Hey, I just want to make it clear that I'm not a dentist!!
In terms of free dental treatment, there are dental schools that offer this - there's one near where I live for example.
However, I doubt very much that they would offer free complex treatment such as dental implants - it would be more fillings, crowns, routine things.
It would be possible to get cheap (not free) dental implants in this country performed by dental implant students (students who are already qualified dentists). However, these are still probably quite pricey depending on your budget (I'd say they'd still cost around £800). Also, I really think that you should go with a specialist when having dental implants as it's a surgical procedure.
If you've got a really complex case (for example you're very young and need full dentures) then I think you could get NHS dental implants but this really would be in extreme situations. I hope this changes as dental implants seem like something that should be available to everyone, regardless of ability to pay.
Anyway, once again, I'm not a dentist and this information is just based on my current understanding having looked into a single dental implant for myself recently. I just didn't like to see your post unanswered and I hope this helps :-)
