Unhappy Implants - My Only Option?

I sent this as a message to one of the experts but thought i'd see what i get from here...

~

I am a somewhat healthy 22yo female.

I do have a fair few broken teeth at the back of my mouth with i am susceptable to infections from. I am in the process of getting this fixed by my dentist. I currently have a swollen jaw/glands. Not sure if this is glandular fever or not though.

I am wondering if it is advisable for me to have these all removed and be replaced by a bridge or implants?

The back 3 or 4 on either side, along the bottom are cracked and only a slight bit of the tooth is left.

In this case, i think there is no other option but for the teeth to be removed would i be able to get implants or a bridge placed on the NHS? I am not working as of right now and this pain is excruciating.

Would i be best going to a dental hospital for this procedure? Or would my dentist be able to handle this?

Thank you
