Thank you all again for all your advice, After feeling as if my son's dentist could not be bothered I have now go him an appointment with a dentist who only treat children and we have only got to wait 3 days to see him! I now feel much calmer about the treatment he needs and more important so does my son! Hopefully my next post will be an update on the treatment my son has recieved and all will be well. Thank you all again for taking time to reply I found your advice very helpfull.
