Wires after clearstep brace treatment.

I have a gap in between my top two front teeth and would like this closed up. I have had a consultation and spoke about clearstep braces but have been told my teeth will move back once treatment is finished. My dentist advised me that i will have to wear a small wire at the back of my teeth to stop them moving back. Has anybody had this wire and does it interfere with talking/eating? Do want my teeth closed but not sure about wearing a wire for the rest of my life. Any help would be greatly appreciated. x x

There is nothing to worry about the fixed wire retainer. You will not even notice it is there and 99 percent of my patients have this after orthodontic treatment.

I even have one after the completion of my orthodontic treatment.
