Hi Adam,

from what you describe it sounds like you will need train track stle braces and probably the help of a specialist. Without a full consultation its not possible to say more

I hope this helps

Kindest regards

Default Off centre teeth and braces

Hi,

Just for info, my top teeth are off centre by about a full tooth (an over enthusiastic school dentist solved overcrowding by removing teeth and a brace in my teenage years but - for reasons I do not understand - took out one more tooth on one side than the other so that my teeth shifted off centre.

After consultation I am now finally having this corrected using clear step braces and it is working well. They are now only off centre by half a tooth after 8 stages. Apparently they will be central by the time treatment finishes - although I may need some enamel trimming off the back teeth on one side to create enough space.

All best

Sue
