Angry so many problems in one mouth

Ok so i have a gap because i was not born with out two teeth on either side near my canine's. Due to this my canines have moved in the place where those two teeth need to be. On the left side i still have my baby canine hagging by a thread and on the bottom right i have a missing tooth due to a tooth being extracted. I saw many othrodontist and they suggested different things. One suggested i put braces on the top to open the spaces where i am missing my two teeth and eventually everything will come together and place implants in the two top spaces. the bottom will eventually need braces also and an implant for the missing tooth. Another said he would do the same proceedure but just place one implant on the left side and one at the bottom. I also have a little bit of a chipped tooth. Is this my only option? Is braces my only option? Can i get veneers, bridges, etc
