new on here but not to braces

hey there everyone
im a 35 year old guy just on my second round in braces
did my top teeth when i was 16 now doing bottoms
have an expander on the bottom but thats almost finished with then i go onto fixed brace
have a lot of gaps and teeth seem to be a lot worse than when i started i getting a little worried now
i also havent had spacers put in and he hasent said if he is going to use molar bands or not

anybody in the same situation
