Hello
There are many factors that can discolour/stain your teeth.
Intrinsic staining - the actual teeth are discoloured
Extrinsic staining - staining from smoking / surface debris / teas and coffee stains etc
In my practice, every patient has an appointment with the hygienist, where she uses a special pro-flex system which removes all the extrinsic stains. I would strongly recommend you look into this first before looking into whitening as alot of the time this can be sufficient,
However, after the hygiene, you feel that you would like a fresher, brighter look to your smile, there are alot of whitening products/systems you can consider,
At smilessence - we use the Zoom -advanced power system which can achieve up to 7 shades lighter. we also offer Deep bleaching if you feel you want to go whiter.
I hope this helps
Kind Regards
