You certainly have some understandable concerns!

The honest answer is see the specialits and ask them all of these questions. When we are in complex treatments such as for yourself, the cost can range quite dramatically, even to give you a guideline would be misleading.

With regards to treatment time, this can range from a few months to years. Only your specialist team will be able to give you an indication. Payment terms are also set by individual practitioners. Some may require full payment up front others will allow spread of payments. I would say that alsmost all high end practices such as mine offer finance options to help make treatment affordable.
