Hello,

Both of the doctors above are totally correct with their advice. A home whitening kit as continuing maintaince for your fresh white smile is the most advisable.

However you have another option which I tend to offer my patients at my clinic Smilessnce in Surrey. This is having another supervised session of power whitening. It is not usually advisable as during the procedure you can experience a little more sensitivity. It can also work out quite expensive.

I have found that alot of my clients like this option as they prefer not to have the hassle of trays and whitening gel and find the maintaince kit difficult to fit around their busy lifestyles. I would strongly suggest that the power whitening procedure should not be repeated within 6 months of your previous session.
