You really need some form of brace work. Even if you were to want or need veneers afterwards, braces would still be required to put your teeth into a better position for longevity of whatever is required afterwards.

Do be aware that there are many options including Invisalign and fast braces. You would of course need a diagnostic consultation to know what really needs to be done
