Hello there,

My upper front two teeth are crooked and I have spoken to an NHS orthodontist who recommends braces. Unfortunately I am 27 and would rather avoid train tracks! Is it possible to have these teeth removed and replaced with implants?

I also have an underbite and am looking to get NHS surgery to correct this, if the implants are doable would it be possible to integrate the NHS surgery with private implants?
