You then need to do a year vocational training.

Then if u want to be good, you need to plumb hundreds of thousands of your earnings into continued training. Popadoopus has mentioned this perviously, I think.

Many don't want to spend on their teeth and are looking for the cheapest option. If these people want a new car, would they spend £1000 and expect a brand new Bentley?
