I had my teeth straightened and filled by Dr Eva and every time she was extremely competent and efficient.The results were amazing! Also Dr Eva is good mannered very positive and caring ; she gives you time and explains everything in the best possible way. She has the lightest hand I have ever experienced from a dentist! Tried once another lady in the practice who was also very good.I highly recommend the practice.

I've been with Eva for around 15 years, during which time my husband tripped and smashed out his front teeth - he got prompt emergency treatment and good advice about his options for treatment. Eva is very efficient, and does not do anything unnecessarily. I was recommended her by a friend and in turn would be very happy to recommend the practice.

I have been a patient here for over twenty years and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. The manageress, Elaine, who has been here throughout numerous staff changes is a breath of fresh air in customer service. She is also very helpful in finding appointments that suit my busy work schedule, and is genuinely interested in me as a person and not as a patient.

I can not recommend this practice enough, the equipment and materials used are of the best quality. Staff are warm and welcoming. The dentists, both Eva and Maria, are very professional and provide detailed explanations for what they are doing and why. And as said Elaine who runs the place is lovely.

I have had many many years being treated at smile , Eva Constantine is the most caring and gentle dentist I have had the pleasure of treating me , her staff are professional and pleasant most of all the longest member of staff Elaine , I have no complaints at all .

I have been a patient for around 4 years after being recommended by a friend. I have always had great care but recently they went above and beyond for me as i had chipped my front tooth in the morning and called for an emergency appointment and Elaine couldn't be any more helpful and fitted me in to see maria that afternoon. The team are always really friendly and make you feel at ease. Highly recommend.

Been a customer for nearly twenty years and never had any issues. I recently embarked on invisalign treatment and Eva and her team have been excellent throughout the treatment.

Very poor service from blonde lady at reception, very very nippy tone to her voice, and very aggressive. Wont be back.

The very large blonde haughty receptionist has a ridiculous attitude, she should remember she is the first point of contact for business. The impression she leaves me with during every encounter is disgusting, a receptionist should have great people skills and not look down their nose at customers or act like Hitler. It's as if she is on some kind of laughable power trip - she is ONLY a receptionist, and a terrible one at that. Needless to say I will not be returning and neither will my husband, extended family and friends.

Very poor standard of care received from both the reception staff...older blonde lady and dentist...Dr Eva. Nothing was explained to me about my treatment and when I asked questions, it appeared to be a real hassle for them to answer! Thought they were meant to be caring and there to look after patients. I certainly will not be returning. I left Smile Dental Care without a Smile after my Dental Care!!!
