About Scottish Centre For Excellence in Dentistry
The Scottish Centre for Excellence in Dentistry is an award winning practice based in Glasgow. The centre receives patients from across Scotland and the UK, as well as patients from overseas. On its establishment by Arshad Ali in 2001 it was known as the Niddrie Square Clinic. Due to the success of the initial clinic The Scottish Centre for Excellence in Dentistry was built and it is now one of the biggest private centres for implantology, dentistry and facial rejuvenation in Europe.
A talented team of staff experienced in multiple disciplines means they are able to provide a wide spectrum of treatment whilst maintaining a high standard of care. Additionally they are able to provide a wide range of dental implant procedures, including bone graft reconstruction, teeth in an hour, soft tissue reconstruction and sinus lift procedures, each carried out by experienced dentists with a wealth of post-graduate training. They also excel in providing inlays, bonding, onlays, smile makeovers, crowns, veneers, anti-snoring appliances and hypnotherapy.
The Scottish Centre for Excellence in Dentistry has won multiple awards including ‘Best practice in Scotland’ at the Dentistry Awards 2009 and ‘Best Specialist Referral Practice UK’ at the Private Dentistry Awards 2010.
The centre is known as one of the world’s leading dental centres, the only practice in the UK outside London recognised in this way and one of only 37 practices worldwide.

At the practice in Glasgow they offer an effective sedation service, which is indeed excellent if you are not as brave at the dentist - like me!

Needed a crown replacement. I had had my other one for over ten years so it had done a good job. Couldn't afford implants to this was the next best option. The one functioned by the centre team in Glasgow was even better.

Dr Ali has truly changed now only my smile but my overall look. I can now smile with a confidence I have not know before. Give him a go for your dental needs and you won't be disappointed. I know I'm not.

The sight of my smile in the mirror used to be the stuff of nightmares. No more. An excellently planned fix of cleaning and bonding treatments along with white fillings have made my confidence sky rocket and the sight of my smile become a friend. All owing to excellent team.

Very good dentist in Glasgow that I would recommend if you're looking for some top class cosmetic dentistry or even routine check ups. Friendly team at the practice and it's very modern and warm. Good vibes going on.

i was really nervous and had not been to a dentist in over 10 years but now have healthy teeth again. I found you when looking for a reputable dentist in Glasgow and must say that they live up to their promise. They were not cheap but worth every penny!

Everyone told me that i couldnt have implants because i didnt have enough bone! Mr Ali gave me dental implants and I have had no problems, if you think you cant have implants then this is the place to go
