would teeth whitening work on white fillings

Q. I would like to have my teeth whitened but I have white fillings in 2 of my front teeth would the whitening work on the filling or would they need to be redone?

A. hi many thanks for your enquiry, the whitening could be done. however it would not affect the fillings so once the whitening was done you may need to replace the fillings. hope this is helpful.
